Kinky Cop Charged With Forcing Woman To Hit His Genitals

Two Lauderhill Officers have been charged with forcing a two women to give them sexual favors.
One cop allegedly made one of the women strike his genitals because he liked it.
This is the latest in a wave of kinky cops reportedly preying on women in places like Davie or having sex while on duty in Sunrise.
Officers Franklin Hartley and Thomas Merenda were charged with unlawful compensation and battery following the early morning incident in May 2012, according to Mike Satz’s State Attorney’s Office.
The State Attorney’s Office alleges:
Hartley stopped two women driving from a Lauderhill gentlemen’s club. The women had been drinking and Hartley threatened them with arrest.
The officer instructed the women to drive to an isolated area behind a Lauderhill strip mall where they were met by Merenda.
Hartley and the car’s passenger had “a lengthy sexual encounter,” according to the State Attorney’s Office.
“Merenda instructed the driver of the vehicle to strike him in the genitals. When the driver hesitated, Officer Hartley encouraged her, explaining it was an act from which Officer Merenda derived pleasure. The driver complied and struck Officer Merenda in the genitals,” the State Attorney’s Office alleged.
Before letting the women go, the officers “groped the two women,” prosecutors continued.
Hartley was charged with two counts of unlawful compensation, a second-degree felony, and a misdemeanor count of battery. Merenda was charged with one count of unlawful compensation and battery.
A second degree felony is punishable by up to fifteen years in prison. The battery is punishable by up to one year in the county jail.
Personal aside: I wonder how Lauderhill taxpayers feel that their officers were allegedly behind a mall having sex rather than doing the job that they were being paid to do — patrol the city.

This is only one incident. There are tons of women and MEN who have also been victims of this type of police misconduct but are afraid to come forward.

Buddy, the officers probably allegedly “groped” (not “grouped”) the two women.
@2, enjoying getting hit in the nuts is called “ballbusting”, and it’s a very well-known sexual fetish. The officer allegedly received sexual services as unlawful compensation.

I am so sick of some Officers ruining it for all the good law enforcement officers we do have(both county(BSO) and are local city police.) I mean would these two officers treat their mothers or sisters like these two other woman where treated. Who cares if they were leaving some strip joint(none of your business). Its disgusting…..
