“Help Me” Howard Blasts Bondi Over Gay Marriage

BY BUDDY NEVINS

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi shouldn’t expect any help from “Help Me” Howard Finkelstein.

Finkelstein, Broward’s public defender and WSVN-TV-Channel 7 “Help Me Howard” legal advisor, told Browardbeat.com that Bondi is a failure as the state’s legal officer.

He is particularly peeved at her silence concerning the recent protests against police abuse and racial inequality along with her stand against same sex marriage.

“She should be dedicated to justice for all. But she was silent about Trayvon Martin and Ferguson and the recent protests against racial inequality. The only time we have heard from Attorney General Bondi about equality is her challenge to gay marriage- she was against it,” Finkelstein said.

Finkelstein added in a stinging rebuke:  “She’s not a hypocrite- she doesn’t stand for equal justice for anyone and she doesn’t pretend she does.”

Meanwhile, Finkelstein is the subject of a cover story in Fort Lauderdale Magazine written by my former colleague Tom Swick, who was travel editor of the Sun-Sentinel for many years.

Three Cheers to Howard! Pam Bondi is a disgrace to the legal profession and to humanity

  2. Sam Fields says:

What a joke that Pam Bondi claims to stand up for family values and the law.

Although she twice swore before her lord and savior Jesus Christ that would stay married “until death do us part” she has twice divorced.

Although she swore to uphold the laws of Florida she currently and continuously lives in violation of FS. 798.02 a criminal law that makes it a crime to shack up

“If any man and woman, not being married to each other, lewdly and lasciviously associate and cohabit together, or if any man or woman, married or unmarried, engages in open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior, they shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 1637, 1868; RS 2596; GS 3519; RGS 5407; CGL 7550; s.”

I would be the first to concede that that this statute is probably unconstitutional. However, notwithstanding numerous court decisions, Bondi has made defense of the gay marriage bans her raison d’être.

So maybe she should have herself arrested for vioating FS 798.02 and simultaneously seek a Writ of Prohibition to prevent her from prosecuting herself.

Sam, do you really believe that drivel?

  4. Chaz Stevens, Genius says:

Where do these “so called” values come from? Certainly not the bible… a book about rape, murder, pillage, more rape, more murder, a talking donkey, incest, bestiality, and of course, cooking recipes!

Now, I hear you scofflawing at me … there’s no such thing in the bible! Why, I’ve read the first 15 pages and …

    Tsk tsk.

Allow me then my friends … I, Chaz Stevens, a militant atheist, to share with you the following wonderful recipe direct from the pages of the bible.

    It’s from 2 Kings 6 and it’s delicious!

    2 Kings 6:

28 And the king said unto her, What aileth thee? And she answered, This woman said unto me, Give thy son, that we may eat him to day, and we will eat my son to morrow.

29 So we boiled my son, and did eat him: and I said unto her on the next day, Give thy son, that we may eat him: and she hath hid her son.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Howard's not alone says:

The New York Times has written three times in as many months about our Attorney General’s price tag…

  6. Lamberti is a Criminal says:

Howard is a true hypocrite…. What is there to speak out against with Martin and in Ferguson? Didn’t the lawyers try their damnedest to screw up OUR judicial process? The process worked, so respect it. Isn’t that what “Justice for All” means? God, I hate all of you hypocrites. Yes, Bondi should have left the gay marriage thing alone. Maybe Howard will do us all a favor and “travel” out of town for good.

  7. Count LF Chodkiewicz Chudzikiewicz says:

Pam, Sam, and Howard should be stuck in an elevator so that we can be spared all their CRAP!

  8. Otis Schindler says:

Please put Chaz “Bono-fides” Stevens in that same elevator to make the 4 stooges complete.
