Demos Target Marco Rubio Over Shutdown
BY BUDDY NEVINS
Que Pasa, Marco ?
Democrats are targeting U. S. Sen. Marco Rubio’s role in the government shutdown with Spanish-language robocalls.
“Florida voters need to hold Marco Rubio accountable for his failure of leadership during the government shutdown — and we, the people of Florida, are paying the price. That’s the message we’re delivering,” said Annette Taddeo-Goldstein, chair of Miami-Dade’s Democrats.
Under Taddeo-Goldstein, elected as party chair in December, the Miami Dade Democratic Party has become among the most active in the state.
Taddeo-Goldstein, who ran a losing race for Congress in 2008, also is a executive committee member of the Democratic National Committee.
Below is the sample robocall being used in Florida. A similar call is being used in Arazona targeting “Republicans in Congress like Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and Rand Paul shut down the government over a week ago trying to gut Obamacare, and its hurting the Latino community in Arizona.”
FLORIDA
I’m calling from the DNC with a GOP Shutdown Alert.
Senator Marco Rubio was an architect of the GOP’s government shutdown and its hurting the Latino community in Florida.
Rubio’s shutdown is costing the economy as much as $10 billion a week and Republicans are ready to not pay our nation’s bills.
Take action – call the Florida GOP at 850-222-7920 and demand that the GOP stop holding the economy hostage.
Paid for by the Democratic National Committee. (202) 863-8000. Not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee.

Rubio is a tea party tool whose election was a fluke. We need to defeat him in 2016.

Here’s more on the “Retraction Bob” Norman story. Did you hear about his meltdown at Government Center this past Tuesday? Fort Lauderdale Police had to intervene because of Retraction Bob’s disrespectful abusive behavior.
Why? Nobody will grant him an interview anymore and can anybody blame them? He lies on the air!! It’s a proven fact that even his own TV station has been forced to acknowledge.
Amazing he even has a job there anymore. But he brought this on himself, constant lies, bully tactics. It’s all ruined his credibility. That’s why his new nickname is “Retraction Bob.” Norman has given every person he might want to interview a perfect reason to just walk away from him.
He lies.
FROM BUDDY:
This is again off subject and concerns a Channel 10 reporter who was forced to correct a story. Please stay somewhat close to topic. You want to post about this, post on a subject that concerns the media.

Yawn, Zzzzz.
Rubio is no more a fluke than you two Bolsheviks. Not a Tea Party “Tool” but actually straddles the fence between the Tea Party and Establishment Republicans. Get a clue, the demographics have changed.

@Sam the Shame: Get over yourself, your opinion on politics means nothing to those of us free thinkers not shackled by your misguided world views.

Rubio will be defeated only if his own supporters (or former supporters) turn against him.
